# Verification

100/100 schema, deterministic labels, first-party provenance and unique IDs passed. 100/100 plausible incorrect final labels were rejected. Navigation uses Bellman-style relaxation and explicit path/cost predicates; joint planning uses a separately implemented joint-state search and collision/plan predicates. These are independent implementations relative to the generator, not independent human certification.

Raw line bytes were preserved; source hashes were checked before/after packaging. CHECKSUMS.sha256 covers every file except itself. MANIFEST.json covers payload files except itself and CHECKSUMS.sha256 to avoid circular digests. The external RELEASE_HASHES.json covers every file, the manifest, checksum list and archive.
